We maintain a strict no-refund policy once a course has been purchased and access has been granted. This includes cases where the student is unable to complete the course due to personal reasons, schedule changes, or dissatisfaction with the content.


2. Duplicate Payment Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the case of duplicate payments. If you have been charged more than once for the same course, please contact us immediately with the proof of transaction. Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
